Phone Trading
If you don't want to trade securities online and don't have time to visit a bank branch, you can take advantage of Fio services by placing orders over the phone.
- You still place orders using the branch where you concluded your Commission Contract.
- You can find the phone numbers for branches in the "Contacts" section.
- Orders for US markets can be placed after 5:30 PM CET using Fio dealing (+420 224 346 493).
- You must have a valid password for phone communication, which you receive during signature of the Commission Contract.
- Orders placed over the phone are subject to a fee for placing an order in person which varies depending on the market where the trade is completed. Find more information in the Pricelist for basic services from Fio.
